Thank you for your interest in SodamSodam Multi-Culture Share-house.
The meaning of SodamSodam is "a story full of happy smiles," and it provides a residential space and living service where you can laugh and live with joy together in unfamiliar Korean life.
SodamSodam is basically a residential space for long-term residents that the basic term of contract is 1 year. However, if it is inevitable case just like you from foreign country, we are also conducting a short-term contract at least for six months at a time.
deposit of 3,000,000 won (paying on your contract day) monthly rent 420,000~480,000 won (paying 1 in advance every month) and monthly living management fee of 80,000 ~ 120,000 won(internet,gas etc)
the composition of tenants is various nationalities and occupations of tenants are also various such as office workers and SNU students
